Virtual Customer Service Training
Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day one of this workshop series, participants will learn basic customer service skills and how to best serve different types of customers. They will also learn how to problem solve and handle difficult customers and situations.
Virtual Basic Cashier Training
Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day two of this workshop series, participants will learn important cashier terminology and how to process sales, discounts and return items on cash registers.
In-Person Cash Register Practice (optional)
Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day three of this workshop series, participants will have the opportunity to practice cashier skills on a real cash register! This workshop will be delivered in-person at the Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) office at 3495 Lawrence Ave. E. (MAP).
Participants must attend the first two workshops in order to receive a Certificate of Participation.
